How long will it take to receive my order?

Is there a warranty?

Yes. The machine has a one-year warranty covering faults with the machine itself under normal use. Damage caused by use, misuse, or accidents is not covered. To request help, email sld15999597887@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem; photos or a short video can help us assess it. We will review your request and explain the next steps.

How can I track my order?

We will email shipping confirmation and tracking information when available after dispatch.

How do I request a return?

Contact us within 30 days after receiving your order. For an ordinary return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
